After we receive your order, please allow one to two days for order processing, the logistics tracking number will be issued within 24 hours upon your order has been shipped out. All items are shipped by Local/ International Courier Companies. Our company will automatically match the best shipping methods according to the product size, weight and other factors. The exact rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please notice that if your street address contains the P.O. box, it may be judged as an abnormal order because some shipping methods do not support shipping to the address that contains the P.O. box. If it occurs, our customer service representative will notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.
Return Policy
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for local return and 30 day for overseas return. Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Return Shipping
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
